Introduction

To further our mission of making reliable HITECH / HIPAA information freely available to the public, HIPAA Survival Guide only accepts advertising and sponsorship under strict guidelines. HIPAA Survival Guide will refuse any advertisement that we believe is incompatible with our mission. The presence of an ad on our site ("Website" or "Site") located on the Internet at www.hipaasurvivalguide.com, does not imply endorsement of the advertised company or product. Advertisers and sponsors must not make unsubstantiated product and/or services claims or suggest that HIPAA Survival Guide has endorsed same.

HIPAA Survival Guide maintains a distinct separation between advertising content and editorial content. All advertising content on our Website is either clearly labeled as such or can reasonably be inferred from the context in which it displays. Sponsored areas of our Site are labeled accordingly, and the sponsoring organizations are clearly identified. HIPAA Survival Guide currently only offers banner advertising priced at an agreed to CPM and selective corporate sponsorships. The minimum number of banner impressions per order is 5K on a monthly basis.
